Refund Policy

Our fair and transparent refund policy for all ticket types.

1. Standard Tickets (Non-Verifiable)

Before delivery: Full refund available if requested within 1 hour of payment.

After delivery: As standard tickets are auto-generated PDF documents delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once the document has been sent. Exceptions may be made for technical issues or errors on our part.

2. Verifiable PNR Tickets

Before processing: Full refund available if your booking has not yet been processed by our team.

After PNR is issued: Refunds are assessed case-by-case. Since verifiable PNR tickets involve real airline reservations, cancellation fees may apply.

PNR errors: If there are errors in the PNR details caused by us, we will either correct the PNR at no charge or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Visa rejection: We cannot refund if your visa is rejected, as embassy decisions are entirely beyond our control.
  • Incorrect information: If you provided incorrect passenger details, dates, or routes.
  • Change of mind: After a ticket has been delivered and used for its intended purpose.
  • Expired validity: Tickets that have passed their validity window.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@myonwardticket.com with:

  • Your booking reference number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Your registered email address

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.
